How I came to know about this book:

I got in touch with Puja Gupta during the publishing of my book. Her book features a captivating cover that perfectly captures the essence of Spring, which instantly drew me in. I ended up picking it last March, right when nature was in full celebration of the season.

What the book is about :

‘An Ode to Spring- Begin Again’ by Puja Gupta is a heartfelt tribute to the season of Spring, metaphorically representing renewal and rejuvenation in life. Through 20 short chapters, the book takes readers on a transformative journey, guiding them towards a better life by shedding emotional baggage and embracing personal growth.

What I have loved about the book :

One of the book's most endearing qualities is its authenticity. Gupta draws from her own life experiences, sharing genuine anecdotes and reflections that foster a strong connection with readers. This sincerity lends credibility to her advice and makes the book all the more relatable.

Unlike traditional self-help books, ‘An Ode to Spring- Begin Again’ serves as a companion for introspection, encouraging readers to engage in a dialogue with their own thoughts and emotions for healing.

What I felt could have been better :

However, a minor critique lies in the wish that the chapters could have been linked together. While the author might have kept the style deliberately to make it feel like a journal and not a book, the effect lacks in giving a smoother transition experience to the readers while shuffling through the chapters.

Why one should read or not read this book:

An Ode to Spring- Begin Again’ by Puja Gupta is a poignant exploration of life's complexities, offering solace and wisdom to those seeking renewal and personal growth. With its honest storytelling, evocative poetry, and practical insights, it's a book that inspires readers to embrace change, let go of the past, and begin anew. In fighting with the complexities of the world, we somehow forget that every moment can be a new starting point- A point where we can release our emotional struggles and move towards a soulful way of life. So, if you want to start over, remember that spring is just near the corner.
